Wall mounting

Mount the hanging plate on the wall first, then hang the unit on it. Catch the top, clip the bottom onto the unit, and lock the two screw holes at the bottom of the unit. (The hanging plate and screws are included.)

Management console

Community management: The smart community platform manages base data, including buildings, units, and homes. Residents verify a home in the app or WeChat mini program. After the property office approves the verification in the console, the resident can start using the system. Home data and resident data can be imported.

Face enrollment: After national-ID verification, residents can enroll a face in the app or mini program, at a self-service terminal in the property office, or the office can enroll a face in the console. Once enrollment succeeds, the face is sent to the building-intercom access device and can be used to unlock the door by face.

Property services: The smart community platform, resident app, and mini program also cover community property services, including repair requests, complaints and suggestions, property payments, notices, and contact with property staff.

Device management: The smart community platform can manage devices remotely, monitor online status, upgrade firmware remotely, and push data remotely.

Visitor management: A visitor uses a password or QR code shared from the resident’s WeChat to unlock the building-intercom access terminal. Passwords and QR codes can be time-limited, for example a single entry and exit within 1 hour.

Card management: IC/ID cards can be issued from the console so residents can unlock by card.

Advertising: Ad videos or carousel images can be uploaded in the console, pushed to a community in real time, and scheduled to play different ads in different time slots.

Record upload: For every unlock, the building-intercom access device captures a photo and uploads it to the management platform. The console can query the unlock location, the person, and the scene photo.
